(1)This Act may be cited as the [Madhya Pradesh] [ Substituted by section 3 (4) of M.P. Extension of Laws Act, 1958 (XXIII of 1958).] Drugs (Control) Act, 1949.(2)[ It [extends] [Substituted by section 3 (3) of M.P. Extension of Laws Act, 1958 (XXIII of 1958).] to and shall be in force in the whole of Madhya Pradesh.]
