Mansoor Ahmad Mir, Chief Justice r (Oral) It is contended that the cases of the writ petitioners are squarely covered by judgment, dated 5th January, 2015, delivered by this Court in a batch of writ petitions, CWP No. 9519 of 2014, titled as Rakesh Kumar versus State of H.P. & others, being the lead case.
2. Issue notice. Mr. Romesh Verma, learned Additional Advocate General, waives notice on behalf of the respondents-
State.
3. In the given circumstances, we deem it proper to dispose of all these writ petitions in terms of the judgment (supra), which shall form part of this judgment also.
