Section 39(1)(ii) in Bihar State Universities (Patna, University of Bihar, Bhagalpur and Ranchi) Act, 1960

(ii)The amount of the annual recurring grant determined by the State Government under clause (i) of sub-section (1) shall be specified in a notification to be published in the Official Gazette, within sixty days from the commencement of this Act, and the amount so determined and specified in the notification shall be final and shall not be questioned in any court of law.
