10/21.02.2023 In compliance of the order dated 11.01.2023, a supplementary counter
affidavit on behalf of the respondent No.3 has been filed stating the present status with respect to appointments of First and Third Members in all the existing Consumer Grievance Redressal Forums (CGRF) of different electricity distribution licensees in the State. The said status is mentioned herein below in tabular form:-

The respondent No.3 shall also file a supplementary counter affidavit giving the latest status with respect to the appointments of the Judicial Members in VUSNF/CGRF of JBVNL at Ranchi, Medininagar, TSL (Jamshedpur), SAIL (Bokaro) as well as the Third Members in CGRF of TSL, Jamshedpur and DVC, Maithon, Dhanbad.
