Section 3(6) in The Global Open University (Nagaland) Act, 2006
(6)The University may establish off-campus centres, off-shore campuses and study centres subject to the provisions of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 and the regulations made thereunder and the provisions of any law for the time being in force.
