Section 36(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Forest (Protection) Force Rules, 2012
(1)Inter-se-seniority among the incumbents of posts in a rank shall be determined on the basis of continuous regular appointment in that rank after completion of initial and practical training, if any, and the grant of pay higher than initial pay shall not confer any special right of seniority.
