Section 15(1) in The Delhi Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2017
(1)The term of a Town Vending Committee constituted under section 22 of the Act, unless sooner dissolved under rule 17 of these rules, shall be five years from the date of its constitution.
