Section 1 in The M.P. Gram Panchayat (Regulation of Sale of Meat and Preservation) Rules, 1998
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Madhya Pradesh Gram Panchayat (Regulation of Sale of Meat and Preservation) Rules, 1998.(2)They shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in the "Madhya Pradesh Gazette".
