Section 5 in Rajasthan Public Demands Recovery Act, 1952
5. Transmission of Certificates
- (i) A Collector in whose office a certificate shall have been filed under section 4 may transmit a copy thereof to any other Collector within whose jurisdiction the defaulter resides or owns property.(ii)Upon receipt of such copy, such other Collector shall proceed as if the certificate were originally filed in his office.
