Section 3(1) in Telangana Members of Police Force (Regulation of Transfers) Act, 1985

(1)Notwithstanding anything in any law for the time being in force, a member of the police force shall be liable to service in any part of the State of [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No. 45, Law (F) Department, dated 01.06.2016.].
