3. Regulation of transfer of members of police force.
(1)Notwithstanding anything in any law for the time being in force, a member of the police force shall be liable to service in any part of the State of [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No. 45, Law (F) Department, dated 01.06.2016.].(2)The Government may make rules for the regulation of transfer of members of police force from one part of the State to another part within the State of [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No. 45, Law (F) Department, dated 01.06.2016.] by such authority as may be prescribed.
