Section 19(1) in The Goa Fruit and Ornamental Plant Nurseries (Regulation) Act, 1995
(1)All Officers appointed under this Act and every person authorised to exercise any powers conferred or to perform any duties imposed on him by or under this Act shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act XLV of 1860).
