(4)(a)There shall be not more than four Assistant Director General to assist the Director General in discharge of his duties and functions.(b)The Assistant Director General shall be appointed by the Executive Council on the recommendation of the standing committee.(c)The qualifications, salary, other parks and allowances, terms and conditions and tenure of service shall be such as may be prescribed by Statutes.
