Section 4(2) in Punjab Boiler Operation Engineers' Rules, 2001
(2)No person who does not possess a Second Class certificate of proficiency as Boiler Operation Engineer granted under rule 39 shall be deemed to be a fit and proper person to hold the charge of a boiler or boilers installed in a premises other than the power station, situated at a distance exceeding that specified in sub-rule (2) of rule 3.
