(6)(a)To ensure sustainable assets and a holistic approach to planning, a project approach should be adopted towards defining a Work which will enable subsuming a number of works as activities under an umbrella Work or Project.(b)In case of inter-Block project, the work which fails within a Block, the Programme Officer of the concerned Block shall execute the same in coordination with other Programme Officer of any other Block in the manner project formulated at the District level.
