41. Disposal of complaints.
- On receipt of a written complaint regarding the matters concerning the sale and purchase of agricultural produce in the market, the Secretary shall conduct an enquiry and shall make a report to the Chairman. The Chairman shall take such steps, as he thinks necessary, in accordance with tire provisions of the Act, Rules and Bye-laws.
