Section 27(8) in The Petroleum And Natural Gas (Safety In Offshore Operations) Rules, 2008
(8)The operator shall-(a)prepare a manual for his safety management system, containing all the relevant information to demonstrate that the requirements as mentioned in the preceding sub-rules are adequately met;(b)periodically revise, update and validate the manual; and(c)ensure availability of copy of the manual on board the installation.
