19. Notice of Meeting and list of Business.
(1)Ordinarily, 15 days notice shall be given to the members of a proposed meeting.Provided that a Chairperson of such Committee, if he is satisfied that it is expedient to do so, may give notice of longer period for such meeting which shall not exceed one month.(2)No business which is not on the list of business shall be considered at the meeting without the permission of the Chairperson of the Committee.
