Section 19(1) in The Orissa Building and Others Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2002
(1)Ordinarily, 15 days notice shall be given to the members of a proposed meeting.Provided that a Chairperson of such Committee, if he is satisfied that it is expedient to do so, may give notice of longer period for such meeting which shall not exceed one month.
