Section 75(i) in University of Udaipur Teachers (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1976
(i)The Committee shall have full discretion in the matter of (a) permitting a teacher to apply for or accept a situation or assignment elsewhere and (b) accepting an invitation from another University or any other agency or organisation including State or Central Government requesting for placing his services for a specified or unspecified period, at the disposal of any such body.
