Section 8(1) in Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Open Access) Regulations, 2005
(1)The long-term Open Access shall be allowed in accordance with the transmission system planning criterion and the distribution system planning criterion stipulated in the State Grid Code or as specified by the Commission from time to time.
