Section 13(2) in The Punjab Probation of Offenders Rules, 1962
(2)Every probation officer shall submit -(a)to the District Probation Officer, a monthly report in Form II on the progress of each probationer placed under his supervision and copies of pre-sentence report and of other reports submitted to a Court or the District Magistrate, and(b)to the Chief Probation Officer and the District Probation Officer such periodical reports and statistics as may be required.
