Section 71(3) in The Karnataka Education Act, 1983
(3)Where any property is requisitioned under sub-section (1) the Government may,-(a)use or deal with such property for any educational purpose; or(b)by order, permit any person or body or local authority to use or deal with such property for any such purpose, subject to the payment of such rent and other sums to the Government and the observance of such conditions as may be specified in the order.
