Section 62(1) in Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Rules, 1988
(1)An elected office-bearer [x x x] [Omitted by G.O. Ms. No. 716, Co-operation, Food and Consumers Protection, dated 19th August 1989.] may be removed by a resolution expressing no confidence in him passed in a special meeting of the board.
