Section 3(d) in The Punjab Homoeopathic Practitioners (Appointment of Examiners, Centre Superintendent and Conduct of Examinations) Regulations, 1984
(d)external examiner shall be appointed only from the teaching staff of the Homoeopathic Medical college or colleges of modern medicine recognised by the State Government or the Central Government.
