Section 1 in Rajasthan Tax on Entry of Goods Into Local Area Act, 1999
1. Short title, extend and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Rajasthan Tax on Entry of Goods into Local Areas Act, 1999.(2)It extends to whole of the State of Rajasthan.(3)In pursuance of section 3 of the Rajasthan Provision Collection of Taxes Act, 1958 (Act No. 23 of 1958), it is hereby declared that it is expedient in public interest that this Act shall have immediate effect under the said Act.
