(1)This Act may be called the Orissa Express Highway Act, 1964.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Orissa.(3)It shall [come into force] [The Act came into force w.e.f. 1.8.1967-vide Orissa Gazette Part III/19.8.1967.] on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
