Section 82(1) in The Tamil Nadu Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1957
(1)No passage, gangway, or corridor shall be used as a lock-room and no pegs or hanging hats, cloaks, etc. shall be allowed therein nor shall any such passage, gangway or corridor be used for storage purpose or for any purpose whatever except for exit and entrance from, and to, the auditorium.
