Section 11 in The Goa, Daman And Diu Land Revenue Code, 1968
11. Combination of offices.
- It shall be lawful for the Government to appoint one and the same person to any two or more of the offices provided for in this Chapter, to make any appointment by virtue of office and also to confer on any officer of the Government all or any of the powers and duties of any revenue officer.
