13. Repeal and Savings.
(1)The Rajasthan Legislative Assembly (Officers and Members Emoluments) Ordinance, 1956 (Rajasthan Ordinance 9 of 1956), is hereby repealed.(2)The said repeal shall not affect the rules made under the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly (Officers and Members Emoluments) Act, 1952 (Rajasthan Act 15 of 1952), in force in the pre-reorganisation State of Rajasthan and such rules as in force immediately before the appointed day shall continue to be in force and shall be deemed, until new rules are made under this Act, to have been made thereunder.
