Section 11(2) in Tamil Nadu Infrastructure Development Rules, 2012
(2)Total public financial support for a project in the form of subsidy, capital grant, equity participation, net present value of operational grants, loans and the net present value of quantifiable tax incentives shall not exceed 40 percent of the total project cost;
