Section 53(1) in West Bengal Trade Unions Rules, 1998
(1)The Presiding Officer shall close a polling station at the hour fixed in that behalf and shall not thereafter admit any voter into the polling station, provided all voters present at the polling station before its close shall be allowed to cast their votes.
