(3)The Commissioner may direct the compulsory notification by the owner or occupier of every house within the City limits, during such period and to such officer as the Commissioner may, prescribe, of all deaths from or occurrences in infectious disease in his office.Explanation. - Sub-sections (1) and (2) shall apply to a hakim or a vaidyan.
