Section 24(1) in Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act (Kerala) Rules, 2014
(1)The Government shall constitute a Rehabilitation and Resettlement Committee at project level to monitor and review the progress of implementation of the Rehabilitation and Resettlement Scheme and to carry out post-implementation social audits in consultation with the Village Panchayat in rural areas and Municipal Council/Corporation in urban areas. The travelling allowance payable to the members of the Committee and the sitting fee payable to non official members of the Committee shall be specified in the order by which the Committee is constituted.
