6. Insertion of new section 3C
In the principal Act, after section 3B, the following section shall be inserted, namely:—3C. Power of Central Government to issue directionsThe Central Government may, from time to time, issue such directions, to any authority under the Central Government, State Government or Union territory Administration, or to any organisation, entity or body recognised by the Central Government, State Government or Union territoryAdministration, as may be necessary for the implementation of this Act.".
