Section 347(1) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules, 1996
(1)Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department shall make special efforts for human resource development and prepare training modules for elected representatives as well as officials including Gram Sevak-cum-Secretary, Junior Accountants and Junior Engineers.
