162. Floor boards.
(1)The floor boards of every public service shall be strong and closely fitted so as to exclude as far as possible droughts and dust.(2)The floor boards may be pierled for the purpose of drainage but for no other purpose.(3)The floor board of motor cabs shall be covered with suitable matting.
