Section 14(3) in Jharkhand Advocates' Welfare Fund Act, 2012
(3)Every application for recognition under this sub-section (1) or sub-section(2) shall be accompanied by(a)a copy of the rules or bye-laws of the association .(b)names and addresses of office bearers of the association,(c)a list of members of the association containing the name, address, age, enrollment number and date of enrollment with the state Bar Council and the ordinary place of practice of each member.
