89. Application for building grant.
(1)Applications for building grant shall be submitted, along with plans estimates and specifications for the building, in such form, as may be specified by the Administrator.(2)Every application for building grant shall comply with such conditions, including execution of an agreement, as may be specified by the Administrator.
