Section 65(1) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff) Regulations, 2009
(1)Capital cost of hydro power generating station, including the complete hydro power generating facility covering all components such as dam, intake, water conductor system, power generating station and generating units of the scheme as apportioned to power generation, shall be determined in accordance with Part III of these Regulations.
