Section 13(5) in The National Green Tribunal (Practices and Procedure) Rules, 2011
(5)Every application or appeal, as the case may be shall be accompanied by the following documents, namely:- (a) attested true copy of the order against which the application or appeal, as the case may be, is filed;(b)copies of the documents relied upon by the applicant or appellant, as the case may be, and referred to in the application or appeal;(c)an index or the documents.
