(2)Certificate of physical fitness issued by a Medical Officer not below' the rank of a Civil Assistant Surgeon in case of employees on a minimum basic pay of less than Rs.500 per mensem and by a Medical Officer not below the rank of Civil Surgeon in respect of employees whose minimum basic pay in the time-scale is Rs.500 and above shall only be valid.
