16. Prohibition of physical punishment and mental harassment.
(a)No child should be subjected to physical punishment or mental harassment.(b)Whoever violates this provision should be liable to disciplinary action as per Section 17(2) of RTE Act, 2009 and as decided by the competent authority.Chapter-IV Curriculum and completion of pre-school education
