Section 160(iii) in Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Rules, 1988
(iii)he has repaid in full the amounts outstanding against him and due to the society, including the interest and the penal interest, if any, up to the date of recovery in respect of loans borrowed from the lift irrigation society; and
