Section 13(b) in Punjab School Education Board (XIth Class Examination) Regulations, 1992
(b)Grace Marks. - If a candidate fails in one or more subjects and the total deficiency is not more than 1% of the aggregate marks, he shall be given these marks to make up the deficiency without regard to the number of subjects in which it is required in order to be declared pass.
