Section 31(1) in Kerala District Administration Act, 1979
(1)Their shall be paid a monthly fixed allowance at the rate of, -(a)seven hundred and fifty rupees to the President ;(b)five hundred rupees to the Vice-President ; and(c)two hundred and fifty rupees to the Chairman of each of the Standing committees other than the General Standing Committee.
