Section 57 in The Indian Nursing Council Regulations
57.
(1)A resolution passed by a committee appointed by the whole Council shall be embodied in a report prepared by the Secretary and signed by the President, and shall have no effect unless confirmed by the Council at a meeting.(2)A resolution passed by a committee appointed by the Council shall be embodied in a report prepared by the Secretary or by the Chairman at the latter's discretion, and, when signed by the members of the committee, shall with any notes of dissent, be presented to the Council at its next meeting subject to the provisions of the regulations regarding notice.
