Section 3(b) in Rules for the Biju Pattnaik Award for outstanding performance in promotion of Sports and Games
(b)Coach means; a person who has obtained diploma in coaching from any of the Centre of N.S.N.I.S. and have been employed as a Coach in State Government, Sports & Youth Services Department, S.A.I., O.C.S. or any other Corporate/Private Sectors/Organisations/ Clubs with regular sports activities on pursuing active coaching in individual capacity.
