74. Recurring maintenance grant.
(1)Recurring maintenance grant shall be given to aided schools at the rate of ninety-five per cent, of the difference between the approved expenditure on the items in relation to which recurring maintenance grant may be made and the income from fees and such other items as may be specified by the Director.(2)Special fee, if any, levied with the approval of the Director for the teaching of sciences, music or any other subject shall be included in the total fee income and such special fee shall be expended in full for the purpose for which it has been levied:Provided that no special fee shall be levied for teaching in the primary or middle stage.
