Section 60 in The Krantiguru Shyamji Krishna Verma Kachchh University Act, 2003
60. Library and Purchase Committee.
(1)There shall be a Library Committee for administering, organising and maintaining the libraries and library services of the University.(2)There shall be a Purchase Committee for dealing with all matters pertaining to all purchases of the University in respect of such items where individual cost of each item exceeds rupees one lakh at a time.(3)The constitution of every such committee, the term of office of its members and its powers and functions shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
